Required from September 2022, a highly motivated and innovative teacher of math’s to join our successful math’s team. You will be able to teach math’s across the full range of ages and abilities at KS3 and KS4.

We are a small school, proud of our traditional rural heritage, yet ambitious for the future of all our students. Our size is a real strength as it enables students and their families to work closely with the teaching and support staff at the school, building positive working relationships. All our students follow a curriculum that focuses on academic as well as personal qualities, including student’s social and emotional development. The school views both strands as complementary and as such prepares students for the society into which they will emerge, a society marked by rapid technological and social change. We have an inclusive ethos adapting the curriculum to meet the needs of all our students. Student wellbeing is paramount and students benefit from positive relationships with staff. As a result, students feel secure and able to focus on their learning.

This post is suitable for teachers who will qualify in summer 2022 or more experienced staff.

The successful candidate will be or have the potential to rapidly become an outstanding practitioner who can make a difference to the lives of our students. Maths is a popular subject within the school and we have a full induction/training programme for new staff and NQTs.
