Re: Communication Trial
We have recently been considering ways to improve home/school communications.
Following on from the successful launch of E-praise which allows you to keep track of your child’s progress, we will now be trialling this system to contact home instead of email. All messages will be safely tracked and recorded giving better control over home/school contact. This system will also allow you to easily contact a specific teacher rather than having to go via reception.
Please follow the below steps in order to use this system:
• www.epraise.co.uk
• Select ‘log in’
• Select ‘TMWS’
• Select ‘parents’
• Follow the on-screen instructions
You are still welcome to telephone reception. However, for your convenience, we encourage the use of E-praise messenger as it ensures that all messages are responded to (by sending frequent reminders to staff), ensuring the best possible attention to your requests.
Please ensure that you inform the school office if you change your email address as this is linked to the E-praise system.
You should already have a log-in to access E-praise. If not, or you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
