East Riding Schools’ Athletics Championships, Costello Stadium – Monday 13th July 2015
The school is taking part in the East Riding Schools’ Athletics Championships on Monday 13th July 2015 at Costello Stadium, Hull. The competition is all day and we have selected your child to represent the school.
Arrangements for the day are as follows:
Pupils arrive in PE kit
Depart school – 8.30 am
Return school – 5.30 pm
If your child usually gets the school bus, please make alternative arrangements for them to get home.
Your child will need:
Full school PE kit
Packed lunch
Drinks – preferably water
Waterproofs (depending on the weather)
Sun hat, cream, glasses
Trainers or spikes if they have them
8 SAFETY PINS
Plus £2 to cover transport and entry costs
The PE department hopes that you will allow your child to be involved in these Championships which round off another successful Athletics season.
Please complete the consent/medical form attached and return it to the school office ASAP.
